Climactiva Group is pleased to present “The HUB”, an urban concept where a new administrative office center, coworking area, warehouse and training center combined with a technological urban agriculture project that will serve as an open presentation to the community will be developed on one (1) acre of land acquired on Roosevelt Avenue in San Juan.

THE HUB
The urban and sustainable concept “The HUB” will include a solar energy system with battery storage, electric car chargers, plus an integrated water generation system “Watergen” where it will serve as a collection center in case of emergency to supply water and food.
