Design
RBI Solar has teams in-house, professional designers and licensed engineers, registered to signed and sealed drawings in all 50 states. Our experienced design and engineering teams design the most cost effective and efficient solar mounting systems for each unique project. Our solar racking systems are designed with the freedom and flexibility to work with any type of PV module in any site condition.
Manufacturing
By owning and operating multiple manufacturing facilities across the United States and internationally, we can serve our customers shorter material lead times and lower freight rates. Manufacturing in- house allows greater flexibility in design, as well as ensures high quality material production as opposed to outsourcing. As a vertically integrated solar racking manufacturer, we’ve developed the infrastructure to complete roll forming, bracket fabrication, drilling and custom engineered parts in-house.
Installation
RBI has contractor’s licenses and certifications to perform installation on solar mounting projects nationwide. Our highly trained, experienced installation crews work with dedicated project managers and engineers to make each installation successful. Our crews install foundations, racking/superstructures and mechanically attach PV modules to the mounting system.
Technical Support
Our highly engineered solar mounting systems are backed by excellent end-to-end technical support. Each opportunity is overseen by a dedicated, regional project manager. All of our support team members have technical backgrounds and extensive experience in the commercial construction industry.
